Very good country food at a very good price! And the portions are big! Best fried chicken ever! Staff is super nice!

An absolutely lovely place to eat. Huge portion sizes and great variety. This place is underrated. They have tons of ice cream/flurry/milkshake flavors, & pies. They have hot wings, fried pickles, great chicken dinners & even a seafood platter. This place is so cute and the perfect hometown restaurant.

Its been about 4 years sense I been there.. service was so-so depending on who was there.. there was definitely some way better then others!! Loved there mushrooms & fish!! & when I got a craving for a breaded tenderloin & couldnt get back home for one their's satisfied the craving.. was unusually what I ordered! Somethings was lil to pricey

Food is fantastic and a very friendly place to be. Recently smoke free which only adds to what what was already a great place to eat. Well known for their fried chicken, but we come for their chicken strip basket.

This is the best restaurant I've been to in a long time! Amazing staff, food, family atmosphere, great prices and the most AWESOME banana milkshake that I have ever tasted in my life. In fact, I'm having severe withdrawals! 😃I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone living, visiting, or passing through Carrollton, KY. You will not be disappointed!

Wonderful hidden gem of a restaurant! Fried chicken and burgers were wonderful! The milkshakes were Amazing! Worth leaving the highway for a meal, and very respectable prices!

Great place and great family business

We read reviews about the great chicken and we were really excited. Sadly, the grease needed changing so the chicken was not good at all. On the plus side, my chocolate malt was yummy.

Dont see what all the fuss was about on the chicken. To me it was just chicken. My chili cheese fries were good tho along with the mac and cheese.

Very very good food, but definitely a little over-priced on some items- especially for the small portions you get on side items. We started going there again after they went smoke-free. Now you can breathe in there. Always super nice girls working.

You must eat here! And don't bother eating anything other than the very best fried chicken I have ever eaten in my life. And the prices were absolutely amazing. Where else can you get 21 pieces of the best fried chicken for $40? Nowhere. And if we would have known we could get 21 pieces of All White meat for $45 we would have. Even 24 hours after ordering and putting the few pieces left in a microwave this deliciousness was still crispy! Still delectable! Still the best. Don't bother going to any other restaurant in Carrollton. Stop here. Eat the fried chicken. Enjoy life.

Great place for chicken

Coopers is always a good place for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The food is delicious. Definitely home cooked. Everyone is always so welcoming and friendly too!

Only thing I've absolutely loved is the peanut butter milk shakes. Chicken was very dry, later was told by ex employee they fry it up early, keep it under a warmer all day then heated back up when ordered. Wasn't good at all. Burgers are tiny. But the staff was nice, restaurant was clean and good location.

The fried chicken is always very good. I like that they serve yeast rolls with the dinners now. Ice cream is always delicious. Butterscotch sundaes are my absolute favorite. Great place for lunch or dinner and they serve breakfast all day. Staff is always very friendly and fast.

We were staying at the nearby state park and found Cooper's Restaurant. Had a wonderful down-home breakfast that reminded me of eating at my Gramma's house. Staff was efficient, friendly and took great care of us. We'll be back next time we're in the area.

This is by far the best in town. It has something for everyone and nobody leaves hungry. Chicken is by f as r the best around so ya need to try. The soft serve ice cream is also amazing and the shakes.... very comfy and family friendly. Order at the counter and can take it to go or eat there and they bring it to ya. No drive thru, but if you call ahead they will have it ready and you can just run in and get it. Family owned and great people. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Open every day but Sunday.

Chicken is amazing, i haven't ever eaten here and had bad food or bad service.

My husband and I was traveling thru the area for business n stopped here for dinner one night because it was close to the job site. It was very good. It was a cozy mom and pops restaurant. My husband got the catfish plate and I got a chicken basket. Now it was fried but it didn't have a heavy taste of oil to it. Prices were fair, staff was nice, and the place was clean. I loved the cute patriotic restroom theme it was a nice touch also. We enjoyed it so much we returned for breakfast the next morning before we headed out. It was also very good. I only gave four stars because there's only a limited amount of seating inside n also limited parking outside. All n all I would recommend it for a quick bite.

If I could give Cooper's an extra star I would. When I came in I was greeted by a table of locals and the staff. It was super friendly. The service was great and my French toast hit the spot. The coffee was especially good. So,⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

Amazing fried chicken. Obviously the locals think so too. Huge portions. Split one dinner between the two of us. Lovely friendly service. Skip the fast food and go a few minutes farther to get to Cooper's.

Real Kentucky fried chicken... and I ain't talk'in bout the Colonel's! This is some of the best fried chicken I've had and I do love some good fried chicken. The staff were all very friendly and pleasant as well.
